Keyholder Request Form
The Snooker Club currently has a pool of 24 Keyholders to open & close the Slade Recreation Club, with the addition of CCTV throughout the building we can now increase the number of Keyholders that the club has available so that more members (Bowls and Snooker) can open & close by themselves, and thereby reduce the need for the same keyholders to keep opening & closing.
If you would like to become a keyholder, please fill in the below application form, which will be sent via email to the Chairman of the Snooker Club, who will then check to ensure the following criteria are met.
1) That you are current paid up member
2) That you have been a member for more than 6 months.
3) That you have paid a deposit of £20 into the Snooker Club Bank Account.
Once the email is received, the Chairman will check that the above criteria is fully met and arrange to program a FOB (which is used to activate and deactivate the alarm) with the Keyholders name. The new Keyholder will then be contacted to arrnage a comprehensive training on the use of the Key & FOB at the Slade Recreation Club.
The new Keyholder will then be added to the Snooker Clubs Keyholder WhatsApp chat group and a Database will be updated with a record of your name and mobile number held against the associated FOB no.
If the Keyholder should lose his/her Key and or FOB, then a fee of £30 will be required to seek a replacement. The Keyholder must inform Martin Moors at the earliest possiblity so that the old FOB can be deactivated.
